The Permanent Mission of the Sudan to the United Nations represents the most effective instrument that has always played a pivotal role in preserving Sudan’s interests, sovereignty, national security and resources, and the establishment of peace and development throughout the region. The Mission is constantly endeavoring to develop its cooperation with the United Nations and the Member States. The following are Sudan’s issues at the United Nations, and the Mission is working hard to achieve maximum achievements at the international and regional levels of cooperation for the Sudan and for the values ​​of humanity and the principles of justice.

The Mission seeks to implement the guidelines of the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in working with international partners in a spirit of a sense of unity of humanity and in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations to promote common values ​​and the instruments and texts of international law in all social, cultural, economic, political and civil spheres on an equal footing.
